PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing equipment that performs printing preventing the occurrence of strike-through, by suppressing cockling of a sheet.SOLUTION: Printing equipment includes: conveyance means for conveying a sheet by a conveyor belt; printing means for printing by discharging ink to the conveyed sheet; and suction means for sucking the sheet to the conveyor belt. The back of a patch, to which printing is applied by changing a suction force, is scanned so that the suction force preventing the occurrence of strike-through and an ink application amount can be determined.
