Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet light irradiation device that can uniformly irradiate ultraviolet light even when the irradiated target has a curved surface.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet light source is provided with a fluorescence layer including a fluorescence material that irradiates ultraviolet light. There are provided: a plurality of electric discharge thin and long tubes filled with electric discharge gas; a thin film sheet provided in parallel with the plurality of electric discharge thin and long tubes; at least a pair of electrodes provided between the thin film sheet and the electric discharge thin and long tubes, and generating the electric discharge inside the electric discharge thin and long tubes; and a control circuit for controlling so as to apply electric voltage to the pair of electrodes to irradiate the ultraviolet light from a predetermined position. The pair of electrodes are provided so as to be substantially orthogonal to the plurality of electric discharge thin and long tubes in a longitudinal direction, and a holding body is made elastic. The imaged image in the image regions is divided into a plurality of images, and a designation of an ultraviolet light irradiation region corresponding to each of the divided images is received on a screen where the imaged image is displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】本発明は、照射対象物の表面形状が湾曲している場合であっても、紫外光を均一に照射することが可能な紫外光照射装置を提供する。【解決手段】紫外光源が、紫外光を発する蛍光体材料で構成してある蛍光体層が形成してあり、放電ガスが内部に封入してある複数の放電細長管と、複数の放電細長管を並列に配置してある薄膜シートと、薄膜シートと放電細長管との間に設けてある、放電細長管の内部に放電を発生させる少なくとも一の電極対と、電極対に電圧を印加して所定の位置から紫外光を発するよう制御する制御回路とを備える。電極対は、複数の放電細長管の長手方向に略直交する方向に設けてあり、保持体は、可撓性を有しており、撮像された撮像領域の画像を複数に分割し、分割された画像それぞれに対応付けられた紫外光照射領域の指定を、撮像された画像が表示されている画面上で受け付ける。【選択図】図7
