Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace having a furnace wall structure excellent in heat insulation property and thermal storage property.SOLUTION: A heating furnace has a furnace wall structure in which a first heat insulation layer 2 made of a heat insulation material having a fine porous structure, a heat-insulation refractory layer 3, a refractory layer 4, a second heat insulation layer 5 made of a heat insulation material having a fine porous structure, and a refractory layer 6 made of fireproof fibers are sequentially formed on the inside of a shell 1. In addition, preferably, the fireproof fiber of the refractory layer 6 has a folding structure obtained by repeatedly bending a long blanket in the thickness direction of the furnace wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】断熱性と蓄熱性に優れた炉壁構造を持つ加熱炉を提供する。【解決手段】鉄皮1の内側に、微細多孔構造を持つ断熱材からなる第1断熱層2と、断熱耐火物層3と耐火物層4と、微細多孔構造を持つ断熱材からなる第2断熱層5と、耐火繊維からなる耐火層6とを順次形成した炉壁構造を持つ加熱炉である。なお耐火層6の耐火繊維は、長尺のブランケットを炉壁の厚さ方向に繰り返し屈曲させた折り畳み構造体とすることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
