Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing a phenomenon in which powder body density unevenness occurs, when a next powder body layer is formed, because a part of a molding layer formed on a powder body layer becomes a recess state, relative to height of an area other than the molding layer.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional molding method comprises: forming a molding layer 30 by discharging a droplet of a molding liquid from a head, while moving a discharge unit according to molding data of a first layer; detecting height of a surface of the molding layer 30, and height of a surface of an area on which, the molding layer 30 is not formed, out of a powder body layer 31, by a height sensor 561; calculating a difference Δt between both heights, and storing; raising a molding stage 24 by the stored and held difference Δt; removing a surplus powder body 20 of a height part of the difference Δt by a flatness roller 12; and performing an operation for making heights of the surface of the molding layer 30, and the surface of the area where the molding layer 30 is not formed on the powder body layer 31, uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】粉体層に形成した造形層の部分が造形層以外の領域の高さよりも凹むために次の粉体層を形成するときに粉体密度ムラが生じる現象を防止する技術を提供する。【解決手段】第1層目の造形データに応じて吐出ユニットを移動させながらヘッドから造形液の液滴を吐出させて造形層30を形成し、高さセンサ561によって、造形層30の表面の高さと、粉体層31のうちの造形層30を形成していない領域の表面の高さを検知し、両者の高さの差分Δtを算出して記憶保持し、記憶保持した差分Δtだけ造形ステージ24を上昇させ、平坦化ローラ12によって差分Δtの高さ部分の余剰粉体20を除去して、造形層30の表面と粉体層31の造形層30を形成していない領域の表面の高さを揃える動作を行う三次元造形方法。【選択図】図9
