Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate locking of screw shafts against their removal or drop and locking them into a re-stored state after an operation in which screw shafts for locking energization means so as to prevent an energization force from acting on an abutting member may not hinder against a frame, the screw shafts kept to be stored where no energization force acts are loosened to release the locked state and set to be actually used.SOLUTION: A tensioner device of this invention comprises an abutting member 12 abutted against a chain C: a casing 13 for slidably holding the abutting member 12; an energization means 16 for energizing the abutting member 12; screw shafts 14 inserted and passed from holes 13c arranged at a rear end part 13a of the casing 13 into the casing 13; nuts 18 for locking the energization means 16 through thread engagement of threads 14c of the screw shafts 14; and deburring parts 13d arranged at the holes 13c of the rear end part 13a and corresponding to a head part 14a of each of the screw shafts 14. There are provided engagement parts 11 engaged in thread of the threads 14c kept to be removed from the nuts 18, and anti-corotation means 18b, 19b for preventing nuts 18 from being rotated when the threads 14c are screwed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】当接部材に付勢力が作用しないように付勢手段をロックするネジ軸がフレームに支障しないようにし、付勢力が作用しない収納状態のネジ軸を緩めてロックを解除し使用状態にした後、ネジ軸の脱落や再度の収納状態へのロックを容易にする。【解決手段】チェーンCに当接する当接部材12と、当接部材12をスライド自在に保持するケーシング13と、当接部材12を付勢する付勢手段16と、ケーシング13の後端部13aに設けた孔13cからケーシング13内へ挿通されたネジ軸14と、ネジ軸14のネジ部14cがネジ合うことで付勢手段16をロックするナット部18と、後端部13aの孔13cに設けられネジ軸14の頭部14aに対応する座繰り部13dを備えたテンショナ装置とした。ナット部18から離脱した状態のネジ部14cがネジ合う係止部11と、ネジ部14cをネジ込む際にナット部18が回転することを防止する供回り防止手段18b,19bを備えた。【選択図】図1
