Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration system for a thermopile array sensor that can perform correction of a temperature output value and remote diagnosis of a deterioration state of the thermopile sensor while preventing a person from entering a measurement target space.SOLUTION: A calibration system 100 for a thermopile array sensor 10 comprises the thermopile array sensor 10 that receives an infrared ray emitted from a measurement target to generate an electromotive force, a correction area 20 that is controlled to be a predetermined temperature, and a moving device 30 that relatively moves the thermopile array sensor 10 and/or the correction area 20 to positions where the thermopile array sensor 10 can measure the temperature of the correction area 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
