Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intracardiac catheter examination apparatus and the like capable of accurately specifying position of arrhythmic focus with electrocardiogram measured at outside of a catheter examination room.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: an acquiring part 31 for acquiring first sinus rhythm waveform and first arrhythmic waveform of first electrocardiogram measured by a measuring apparatus arranged outside of a catheter examination room; a measuring part 32 for measuring second electrocardiogram via an electrode attached to a patient waiting in the catheter examination room; a coefficient calculation part 33 for calculating correction coefficient for statistically matching the first electrocardiogram with the second electrocardiogram on the basis of the first sinus rhythm waveform and the second sinus rhythm waveform of the second electrocardiogram; a waveform generation part 34 generating second arrhythmic waveform to be a comparison target of response waveform upon pacing with intracardiac catheter on the basis of the first arrhythmic waveform and the correction coefficient; and a correlation calculation part 36 calculating matching ratio between the response waveform and the second arrhythmic waveform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カテーテル検査室外で計測された心電図を用いて不整脈の病巣の位置を正確に特定することが可能な心臓カテーテル検査装置等を提供する。【解決手段】カテーテル検査室外に配置された計測装置により計測された第一心電図の第一洞調律波形及び第一不整脈波形を取得する取得部31と、カテーテル検査室内で待機する患者に付けられた電極を介して第二心電図を計測する計測部32と、第一洞調律波形と第二心電図の第二洞調律波形とに基づいて第一心電図と第二心電図とを統計的にマッチングさせる補正係数を算出する係数算出部33と、第一不整脈波形と補正係数とに基づいて心臓カテーテルによるペーシングの応答波形の比較対象となる第二不整脈波形を生成する波形生成部34と、応答波形と第二不整脈波形とのマッチング率を算出する相関算出部36とを備える。【選択図】図1
