Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum prototype for manufacturing a mold capable of providing the mold high in surface quality and hardly visible crystal grain pattern and excellent in processability, the mold obtained by using the aluminum prototype for manufacturing the mold and a manufacturing method therefor and a molded body obtained by using the mold.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum prototype used for manufacturing a mold having a fine uneven structure consisting of a plurality of fine pores on a surface, manufactured by plastic working an aluminum prototype raw material to which a fining agent has not been added, and having magnesium content of 0.01 to 3.00 mass%, total content of elements other than aluminum and magnesium of 150 mass.ppm or less and a crystal structure to which plastic working is added from a plurality of directions on a surface.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】表面品質が高く、結晶粒模様が視認しにくいモールドを得ることができ、加工性に優れたモールド製造用アルミニウム原型、該モールド製造用アルミニウム原型を用いて得られるモールドとその製造方法、および該モールドを用いて得られる成形体の提供。【解決手段】複数の細孔からなる微細凹凸構造を表面に有するモールドの製造に用いられるアルミニウム原型であって、微細化剤が添加されていないアルミニウム原型素材を塑性加工してなり、マグネシウムの含有量が0.01〜3.00質量%であり、アルミニウムおよびマグネシウム以外の元素の含有量の合計が150質量ppm以下であり、かつ、複数の方向から塑性加工が加えられた結晶組織を表面に有するモールド製造用アルミニウム原型を用いる。【選択図】なし |
