PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high shield effect.SOLUTION: A transformer 10 includes: a bobbin 11; windings N1 to N5 wound around the bobbin 11; and a shield member 20 or the like which shields against electromagnetic waves leaking from the transformer 10. The shield member 20 is formed by bending one plate-like member having a rectangular shape when expanded. The shield member 20 includes: an interposed part 21 arranged between the primary winding N3 and the secondary winding N5; and a first extension part 22 and a second extension part 23 both extending to the outside of the bobbin 11 from respective positions, different from each other, on the interposed part 21. The first extension part 22 is brought into contact with a top plate of a switching power supply device and is grounded. Meanwhile, the second extension part 23 has a free end at its tip and is not grounded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】高いシールド効果を得る。【解決手段】トランス１０は、ボビン１１、ボビン１１に巻回された巻線Ｎ１〜Ｎ５、トランス１０から漏洩する電磁波をシールドするシールド部材２０等を含む。シールド部材２０は、展開すると矩形状を有する１枚の板状部材を折り曲げて形成されたものであり、１次巻線Ｎ３と２次巻線Ｎ５との間に配置された介在部２１と、介在部２１における互いに異なる位置からボビン１１の外部にそれぞれ延出した第１延出部２２および第２延出部２３とを含む。第１延出部２２は、スイッチング電源装置の天板と接触し、接地されているのに対し、第２延出部２３は、先端が自由端となっており、接地されていない。【選択図】図３
