Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate formative apparatus capable of forming a laminate formed article a part of which projects.SOLUTION: The laminate formative apparatus of the embodiment comprises a nozzle device, an optical system, and a control device. The nozzle device includes: a nozzle for supplying powder to an object and irradiating the object with energy rays; and a supplying device for selectively supplying a powdery formative material for forming a layer which forms a formed article, and a powdery support material having a melting point higher than that of the formative material and provided with a bind layer composed of a material having a melting point lower than itself on the surface, for forming a support layer on the upper surface having a layer composed of the formative material formed thereon to the nozzle. The optical system outputs energy rays capable of melting the formative material supplied to the object, and partially melting the support material supplied to the object to the nozzle. The control device drives the nozzle, and can control a supplying amount of the formative material supplied to the nozzle and a supplying amount of the support material to laminate a layer composed of the formative material and a support layer on the object while controlling a power density of the energy rays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
