PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a heating coil in an induction-heating cooker that heats a cooking object on a cooking tray by induction-heating the cooking tray housed in a cooking chamber by using the heating coil, while suppressing decrease in a temperature of the cooking tray.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 10 includes: a housing 12; a cooking tray 32 on which a heating object is mounted; a cooking chamber 42 that is mounted in the housing 12 and houses the cooking tray 32 in such a manner that the cooking tray can be taken in and out; a coil unit 40 that has a heating coil 48 induction-heating the cooking tray 32 in the cooking chamber 42; and brackets 60 and 62 that are attached to the cooking chamber 42, and hold the coil unit 40 while securing a gap between an outer bottom part of the cooking chamber 42 and the heating coil 48 of the coil unit 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】加熱コイルを用いて調理庫内に収容された調理皿を誘導加熱することによって該調理皿上の調理対象を加熱する誘導加熱調理器において、調理皿の温度低下を抑制しつつ、加熱コイルを冷却する。【解決手段】加熱調理器１０は、筐体１２と、加熱対象が載置される調理皿３２と、筐体１２内に配置され、且つ調理皿３２を出し入れ可能に収容する箱状の調理庫４２と、調理庫４２内の調理皿３２を誘導加熱する加熱コイル４８を備えるコイルユニット４０と、調理庫４２に取り付けられ、且つ調理庫４２の外底部とコイルユニット４０の加熱コイル４８との間に空間を設けた状態でコイルユニット４０を保持するブラケット６０、６２と、を有する。【選択図】図８
