Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core material of an automobile hood by which the automobile hood can be easily compactly folded, and in which a stretch is generated when the automobile hood is deployed.SOLUTION: In the core material for an automobile hood which is arranged along a hood winding direction, a plurality of first grooves 11 which are formed over the whole length of a core material 1 in a short direction Y are formed at a surface 10 of the core material 1 along a longitudinal direction X of the core material 1, a plurality of second grooves 21 which are formed over the whole length of the core material 1 along the short direction Y are formed at a rear surface 20 of the core material 1 along the longitudinal direction X of the core material 1, and the plurality of first grooves 11 and second grooves 21 are formed at positions which do not relatively correspond to each other at the surface and the rear surface of the core material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】自動車用幌をコンパクトに畳むことを容易にし、自動車用幌を広げた際には張りを生じさせる自動車用幌の芯材を提供する。【解決手段】幌の巻き取り方向に沿って配置される自動車用幌の芯材であって、芯材1の表面10には、芯材1の短手方向Yの全長に亘って設けられた第1溝部11が芯材1の長手方向Xに沿って複数配置され、芯材1の裏面20には、芯材1の短手方向Yの全長に亘って設けられた第2溝部21が芯材1の長手方向Xに沿って複数配置されており、複数の第1溝部11及び複数の第2溝部21は、芯材1の表裏で相対応しない位置にそれぞれ配置されている。【選択図】図1
