Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar catheter in which operation ability is improved.SOLUTION: A trocar catheter according to one aspect of the invention comprises a cannula catheter and a trocar needle. The cannula catheter comprises a liquid discharge part having an inner channel, and a liquid collection part which is coupled to a tip end of the liquid discharge part. The liquid collection part comprises: an inner cylindrical wall disposed on a radial center, and forming a main channel into which the trocar needle is inserted; and an outer wall which is disposed outside of the radial direction, and forming one or more sub channels between it and inner cylindrical wall. One end of the main channel communicates with the inner channel of the liquid discharge part, and the other end of the main channel is opened to outside, via a tip end opening which is formed on the tip end of the liquid collection part. One end of the sub channel communicates with the inner channel of the liquid discharge part, and the other end of the sub channel terminates in the liquid collection part, and the sub channel is opened to outside via a peripheral opening which is formed on the outer wall of the liquid collection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】操作性の向上したトロッカーカテーテルを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一側面に係るトロッカーカテーテルは外套カテーテルとトロッカー針とを備える。外套カテーテルは、内部流路を有する排液部と排液部の先端側に連結される集液部とを備える。集液部は、径方向中央に位置し、トロッカー針の挿通する主流路を形成する内筒壁と、径方向外方に位置し、内筒壁との間で1つ以上の副流路を形成する外壁と、を備える。そして、主流路の一端部は排液部の内部流路と連通し、主流路の他端部は集液部の先端に形成される先端開口を介して外部に開放される。また、副流路の一端部は排液部の内部流路と連通し、副流路の他端部は集液部の内部で終端するとともに、集液部の外壁に形成される周面開口を介して副流路は外部に開放される。【選択図】図2
