PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector arrangement structure and a wiring harness, compatible with a variety of connector arrangement forms at low cost.SOLUTION: In the arrangement structure of a connector 20 for arranging and holding a plurality of connectors 20, connected to the end of a cable 10, at predetermined positions, a cable 10 of one connector 20F among the plurality of connectors 20 extends toward a predetermined direction. Cables 10 of other connectors 20S, 20T among the plurality of connectors 20 are wound in the predetermined positions of the cable 10 of the one connector 20F, so that the other connectors 20S, 20T are directed toward predetermined directions.
