Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device with reduced deterioration in characteristics caused by surrounding metal bodies, and that is low in cost and size, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An antenna device comprises: a dielectric substrate 21; a ground conductor 101 formed on a surface or an inner layer of the dielectric substrate 21; and at least one antenna conductor 1 formed on the surface or the inner layer of the dielectric substrate 21, and that includes an element of an inverted L-shaped antenna connected with an outer periphery of the ground conductor 101.
