Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel liquid composition less in load to environment, safe for handling and hardly generating changes of a liquid composition.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by providing a liquid composition consisting of 0.0001 mol% to 40 mol% of (Z)-1,2-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (1223Z) and 99.9999 mol% to 60 mol% of (E)-1,2-dichloro-ethylene (t-DCE). The liquid composition has less effect on global environment and exhibits azeotropy (like). Therefore there is practically no composition variation even by using at an open system or by using for long time. Composition variation is hardly generated by collection by distillation. Therefor the liquid composition can suitably used as cleaning agent (solvent). Further a composition having t-DCE amount of 90 mol% or less is non-hazardous material in Fire Service Act.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】環境への負荷が少なく、取り扱いも安全であり、液組成の変化が生じにくい、新規の液体組成物を提供する。【解決手段】0.0001モル%〜40モル%の(Z)−1,2−ジクロロ−3,3,3−トリフルオロプロペン(1223Z)と、99.9999モル%〜60モル%の(E)−1,2−ジクロロ−エチレン(t−DCE)とからなる液体組成物を提供することによって、上記課題は解決する。当該液体組成物は、地球環境への影響が小さく、共沸(様)の性質を示す。このため、開放系で使用したり、あるいは長時間使用したりしても、組成変動が実用上起こらない。蒸留による回収においても組成変動が生じにくい。このため、本発明の液体混合物は、洗浄剤(溶剤)として好適に使用することができる。さらにこの組成物のうちt-DCEの量が90モル%以下のものは、消防法上の非危険物である。【選択図】図1
