Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring member, a method for manufacturing the same and a method for designing the same, and an electronic apparatus which are less restricted in the shielding member, compared with a configuration in which a shielding member and a ground line are electrically connected without a conductive sheet being interposed.SOLUTION: A wiring member 1 comprises: a wiring substrate 4 which covers a plurality of wires 2 including a ground line 2b with an insulating layer 3 and has an opening portion exposing the ground line 2b; a first conductive sheet 5 which has an insulating layer 50 provided on one surface side and a conductive bonding layer 52 provided on the other surface side, the conductive bonding layer 52 electrically connected to the ground line 2b through the opening portion; a second conductive sheet 7 which has a first connection portion 7a electrically connected to the conductive bonding layer 52 of the first conductive sheet 5; and a shielding member 6 which is disposed on the wiring substrate 4, the first conductive sheet 5, and the second conductive sheet 7 and is electrically connected to the second connection portion 7b of the second conductive sheet 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
