Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover member for sufficiently absorbing a displacement of a movable unit even when the extending direction of the clearance formed between the movable unit and a non-movable unit matches with the vibration direction of the movable unit.SOLUTION: A cover member 12 of the present invention is a cover member 12 for covering the clearance of a predetermined length formed between a movable unit and a non-movable unit. The cover member includes: a first sag unit 13 disposed so as to sag in the width direction of the clearance; and a second sag unit 14 formed so as to further sag the cover member 12 from the first sag unit 13 disposed so as to sag in the clearance. A plurality of first sag units 13 and second sag units 14 are alternately arranged in the length direction of the clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
