Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a bearing device which can efficiently cool a bearing, and can effectively suppress an impact sound between an air curtain and a cooling fluid caused by a swirl flow generated in the vicinity of rolling bodies.SOLUTION: In this bearing device, an outer ring spacer 4 and an inner ring spacer 5 are arranged while adjoining an outer ring 2 and an inner ring 3 of a rolling bearing 1, respectively. The outer ring 2 and the outer ring spacer 4 are arranged at a housing 8, and the inner ring 3 and the inner ring spacer 5 are fit to a rotating shaft 9. A nozzle 12 for injecting a cooling fluid R toward an external peripheral face 3b of the inner ring 3 is arranged at the outer ring spacer 4 while making a discharge port 12a side of the nozzle 12 directed frontward of the inner ring 3 in a rotation direction.
