Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enzyme immobilization body in which the substrate specificity of L-threonine dehydrogenase is improved, and which can be used stably and repeatedly, and also can quantify L-threonine simply and efficiently; and to provide a measuring device equipped with the immobilization body.SOLUTION: The invention provides an enzyme immobilization body in which L-threonine dehydrogenase and NADH oxidase are immobilized on the same membrane or carrier, and an analyzer of L-threonine equipped with a mechanism detecting an electrochemical active substance in the enzyme immobilization body and in the downstream of the above enzyme immobilization body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】L−スレオニンデヒドロゲナーゼの基質特異性が改善され、安定に繰り返し使用可能であり、更に簡便且つ効率良くL−スレオニンを定量することができる酵素固定化体及び該固定化体を備えた測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】L−スレオニンデヒドロゲナーゼとNADHオキシダーゼが同一の膜または担体上に固定化された酵素固定化体、及び上記の酵素固定化体と、該固定化体の下流に電気化学的活性物質を検知する機構とを備えたL−スレオニンの分析装置。【選択図】図1
