Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an inspection of an output in a transient condition.SOLUTION: A current density is increased from a specified value J1 to a maximum value J2 with a rise rate of 0.5 A/(cmsec) (Step S120). Five minutes after the rise is completed, a cell voltage V3 is obtained (Step S130).
