Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear ball guide way.SOLUTION: An entire load capability is increased by six rows of balls mounted mainly between a guide way and a slide block. Each of the six rows of balls becomes symmetrical at each of both sides of a guide way head part. Each of three rows of balls is positioned at different heights. In addition, a width of a neck part is smaller than a center distance of two balls positioned in the lower-most sliding grooves and is limited to become larger than a numerical value where one ball diameter is subtracted from a center distance of two balls positioned in the upper-most sliding groove so as to prevent too small width of the neck part from applying bad influence against rigidity of the guide way. Entire design of the number of rows of balls and a shape of the guide ways causes a high load capability and structural characteristic having a high rigidity to be established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】リニアボールガイドウエーを提供する。【解決手段】主にガイドウエーとスライドブロックとの間に設置される六列のボールにより全体的な負荷能力を高める。六列のボールはガイドウエーヘッド部の両側の位置にそれぞれ対称になり、且つ一側の三列のボールはそれぞれ異なる高さに位置される。また、本発明では頚部の幅は、最下方の滑動溝内に位置される2つのボール中心距離より小さく、且つ最上方の滑動溝内に位置される2つのボール中心距離から1つのボール径が引かれた数値より大きくなるように制限され、頚部の幅が小さ過ぎてガイドウエーの剛性に影響を与えないようにする。ボールの列数及びガイドウエーの形状の全体的な設計により、高い負荷能力及び高い剛性を有する構造特性を達成させる。【選択図】図4
