Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate the charge rate of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: Associated information showing the relationship between the open-circuit voltage and charge rate of the secondary battery 1 after discharge and after charge is prepared individually, the open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery 1 is acquired, a battery state showing whether the battery state before acquisition is after charge or after discharge is acquired, and the charge rate of the secondary battery is estimated using the associated information corresponding to the acquired battery state on the basis of the acquired battery state and open-circuit voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
