Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a shape defect and winding slippage in winding a steel strip with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A take-up device 1 includes: tension reels 2a, 2b which wind a steel strip S in a coil shape; deflector rolls 3a, 3b which are arranged on an upstream side of the tension reels 2a, 2b in a steel strip conveying direction; tapered pinch rolls 4a, 4b which are oppositely arranged to the deflector rolls 3a, 3b; and control means which controls a rolling-reduction pressure of the pinch rolls 4a, 4b to the steel strip S in response to a thickness of the steel strip S. Thereby, occurrence of a shape defect and winding slippage can be suppressed in winding the steel strip S with a simple structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡素な構成により鋼帯の巻取時に形状不良や巻きずれが発生することを抑制すること。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態である巻取装置1は、鋼帯Sをコイル状に巻き取るテンションリール2a,2bと、テンションリール2a,2bの鋼帯搬送方向上流側に設置されたデフレクタロール3a,3bと、デフレクタロール3a,3bに対向配置されたテーパ形状のピンチロール4a,4bと、鋼帯Sの板厚に応じて鋼帯Sに対するピンチロール4a,4bの圧下圧力を制御する制御手段と、を備える。これにより、簡素な構成により鋼帯Sの巻取時に形状不良や巻きずれが発生することを抑制できる。【選択図】図1
