Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a buried magnet type rotor that a bridge portion constructed by a punched steel plate exists at the outer peripheral side of a rotor core in the neighborhood of adjacent magnets having different poles, and thus leakage magnetic flux occurs through the bridge portion, so that the surface magnetic flux density of the rotor is reduced.SOLUTION: In a buried magnet type rotor having a rotating shaft, a rotor core comprising a stack of plural punched steel plates, and a bond magnet provided inside the rotor core, when a straight line connecting the rotational center of the rotor core and the magnetic pole center of the bond magnet is represented by d-axis and a straight line connecting the rotational center and an intermediate point of the adjacent bond magnet is represented by q-axis, an occupation rate A in the neighborhood of the outer periphery of the rotor core on the d-axis is set to be larger than an occupation rate B in the neighborhood of the outer periphery on the q-axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】埋め込み磁石型ロータにおいては、隣り合う異極磁石が存在する付近のロータコア外周側に打ち抜き鋼板で構成されたブリッジ部が存在するため、ブリッジ部を介する漏れ磁束が発生し、ロータの表面磁束密度が低下してしまうという課題がある。【解決手段】回転軸と、複数の打ち抜き鋼板を積層したロータコアと、前記ロータコアの内部に設けられたボンド磁石を備えた埋め込み磁石型ロータにおいて、前記ロータコアの回転中心と前記ボンド磁石の磁極中心とを結ぶ直線をd軸とし、前記回転中心と、隣り合う前記ボンド磁石の中間点とを結ぶ直線をq軸としたとき、d軸における前記ロータコアの外周近傍の占積率Aを、q軸における外周近傍の占積率Bより大きくした。【選択図】図1
