Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make separation of an elastic member from a piezoelectric element hardly occur in a vibration type actuator using a vibrator obtained by sticking the piezoelectric element and the elastic member together.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor 1 comprises: a vibrator 11 obtained by sticking a piezoelectric element 111 and an elastic member 112 together; a driven member 12 which is relatively driven with respect to the vibrator 11; and a pressurization member 13 which presses the vibrator 11 to the driven member 12. An elastic vibration part 112a vibrates with the piezoelectric element 111, and a pressurized part 112c extends in a D1 direction from the elastic vibration part 112a and receives pressurization force applied by the pressurization member 13. A vibrator holder 14 holds the vibrator 11 via the pressurization member 13. When seen from a direction orthogonal to the D1 direction and the pressurization direction (D2 direction), since a portion connected to the pressurization member 13 in the vibrator holder 14 is formed in a direction different from the D1 direction as an inclined part 14a, the moment acting in a direction reverse to a direction of separating the elastic member 112 from the piezoelectric element 111 is given in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧電素子と弾性部材を貼り合わせた振動子を用いる振動型アクチュエータにおいて、圧電素子と弾性部材との剥がれを起きにくくすること。【解決手段】超音波モータ1は、圧電素子111と弾性部材112を貼り付けた振動子11と、振動子11に対して相対的に駆動される被駆動部材12と、振動子11を被駆動部材12に圧接させる加圧部材13を備える。弾性振動部112aは圧電素子111とともに振動し、被加圧部112cは弾性振動部112aからD1方向に延出して、加圧部材13による加圧力を受ける。振動子ホルダ14は加圧部材13を介して振動子11を保持する。D1方向及び加圧方向(D2方向)と直交する方向から見た場合、振動子ホルダ14にて加圧部材13と接続される部分は傾斜部14aとしてD1方向と異なる方向に形成されているので、弾性部材112を圧電素子111から剥がす方向とは逆方向に作用するモーメントが予め与えられる。【選択図】図1
