Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic state monitoring device and the like which presents detailed information with respect to the dynamic state of a machine plant to a user.SOLUTION: A dynamic state monitoring device 1 comprises: time series data acquisition means which acquires time series data including detection value of a sensor; a data mining learning unit 161 which learns a normal model indicating a normal range of a feature vector; an anomaly measure calculation unit 162c which calculates an anomaly measure indicating an abnormality degree of the feature vector on the basis of the normal model; and display control means in which a plurality of scatter charts by combination of two sensors among a plurality of sensors is displayed in a matrix form.
