Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit board provided with a drive circuit of a power semiconductor element suitable for miniaturization, a power unit having the drive circuit board, and a power conversion device including the power unit.SOLUTION: A drive circuit board is provided with a drive circuit having: a primary circuit 41 which is inputted with a pulse train signal supplied from a higher level control circuit; a secondary circuit 42 which converts the pulse train signal supplied from the primary circuit into a gate drive signal of a power semiconductor element, and drives on/off the power semiconductor element in response to the gate drive signal; a feedback circuit for feeding the gate drive signal from the secondary circuit back to the primary circuit; and a detection circuit which is provided on the primary circuit, and detects that a state in which a feedback signal by the feedback circuit does not match the pulse train signal on the primary circuit side continues for at least a fixed period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
