Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking method conversion circuit for encoder that can improve responsiveness as curbing a runaway of the tracking method conversion circuit for encoder.SOLUTION: A tracking method conversion circuit for encoder according to the present invention is configured to: obtain a control deviation from a sinusoidal signal having a phase to be output from an encoder mutually shifted at 90°; and multiply the control deviation by a gain to obtain a digital position signal from the control deviation . An amplifier 5 is configured to: multiply the control deviation by a first gain when a runaway determination unit 10 determines that the tracking method conversion circuit does not run away; and multiply the control deviation by a second gain larger than the first gain when the runaway determination unit 10 determines that the tracking method conversion circuit runs away.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、トラッキング方式変換回路の暴走を抑えつつ応答性を向上できるエンコーダ用トラッキング方式変換回路を提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】本発明によるエンコーダ用トラッキング方式変換回路は、エンコーダから出力される位相が互いに90?ずれた2つの正弦波状信号から制御偏差εを得るとともに、制御偏差εにゲインを乗算した上で制御偏差εからデジタル位置信号φを得る。増幅器5は、エンコーダ用トラッキング方式変換回路が暴走していないと暴走判定部10が判定しているときに制御偏差εに第1ゲインを乗算し、エンコーダ用トラッキング方式変換回路が暴走していると暴走判定部10が判定しているときに第1ゲインよりも小さな第2ゲインを制御偏差εに乗算する。【選択図】図1
