Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind direction adjustment mechanism capable of accurately positioning a wind direction adjustment plate to a specific direction even when variations of assembly in a drive mechanism around the wind direction adjustment plate exist, and excellent in designability, and an air conditioner including the wind direction adjustment mechanism.SOLUTION: A wind direction adjustment mechanism includes a wind direction adjustment plate adjusting a wind direction, and a support supporting the wind direction adjustment plate in a rotatable manner. A groove part is formed in at least one of the wind direction adjustment plate and the support, and in the other one, a projection part fitted to the groove part is formed. At a specific position when the wind direction adjustment plate rotates, the groove part and the projection part are fitted to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
