PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thinking support technology without highly relying on skill or knowledge of a user by providing a relevant sentence (phrase) for supporting changing of "ways of seeing, thinking" relevant to a thinking subject sentence (phrase), which exceeds the framework of a known document.SOLUTION: Data storage means is provided generating a phrase string dividing a thinking subject sentence (phrase) into phrase units and storing a phrase list including a plurality of phrases having a syntactically common attribute as well as having a semantically common portion and a plurality of fourth three sets of phrase lists including a plurality of first three sets of phrase lists respectively including three sets of phrase lists which are divided into three by semantic relationships between the plurality of phrases.
