Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent magnet embedded electric motor capable of achieving a high torque while preventing reduction of magnetic flux amount and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The permanent magnet embedded electric motor is constituted of a stator which includes a stator core wound with a winding and a rotor which is rotatably disposed being interposed by a gap from the inner peripheral surface of the stator core. The rotor includes: a rotor core which is formed of plural laminated steel plates and which include plural magnet embedding holes and plural permanent magnets which are stored and held in the magnet embedding holes. The thickness of a plate of a bridge part constituted of an end part of the magnet embedding hole and the circumference of the rotor core and the thickness of a plate of a thin wall junction which connects the bridge parts which is formed between neighboring magnet embedding holes are thinner than the thickness of the steel plate.
【課題】さらなる磁束量の低減を抑制し、高トルク化を実現できる永久磁石埋込型電動機およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の永久磁石埋込型電動機は、固定子鉄心に巻線が巻回された固定子と、固定子鉄心の内周面とギャップを介して回転自在に配置された回転子とで構成される。回転子は、複数の磁石埋設孔を有する鋼板を積層してなる回転子鉄心と、磁石埋設孔にそれぞれ収納保持された永久磁石とを備える。そして、磁石埋設孔の端部と回転子鉄心の外周とで構成されるブリッジ部と、隣接する磁石埋設孔間に形成されたブリッジ部をつなぐ薄肉連結部との板厚は、鋼板の板厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする。【選択図】図3 |
