Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the degree of appropriateness every multiple specific items related to a predetermined process on the basis of processing situation information obtained from a processing device connected with a communication line network.SOLUTION: When a management server collectively manages a plurality of image processing devices 10, and when a PC 21 requests order information, an information management control device aggregates stationary information such as processing speed and image quality, and variable information such as a stable working situation, a consumable state, and an available situation and analyzes order, and notifies the requesting PC 21. The information management control device enables effective use of information (so called big data), targeting the image processing devices 10 managed collectively and the user (PC 21) using the image processing devices 10.
【課題】通信回線網に接続された処理装置から得た処理状況情報に基づいて、予め定めた処理に関する複数の特定項目毎の適性度合いを解析する。【解決手段】複数の画像処理装置10を管理サーバーで一括に管理する際、PC21から順位情報の要求があったときに、処理速度や画質といった固定的な情報と、安定稼働状況、消耗品状態、空き状況といった変動的な情報とを集約して順位を解析し、要求してきたPC21に対して通知しており、一括管理される画像処理装置10と、この画像処理装置10を利用するユーザー(PC21)を対象として、情報(所謂ビッグデータ)の有効活用が可能となる。【選択図】図4 |
