Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge recovery device capable of efficiently separating-removing sludge, by taking out a mixed fluid recovered in a tank to the outside of the tank from a required position of a bottom wall, by avoiding deposition of the sludge in a bottom part of a mixed fluid recovery tank.SOLUTION: A used working liquid discharged from a machine tool 5 is recovered to a mixed fluid recovery tank 1, but in the mixed fluid recovery tank 1, a recovered mixed fluid F flows by imparting turning directivity in one direction by a discharge flow discharged from a sludge separator 2. Thus, sludge mixedly existing in the mixed fluid is avoided in stagnating and depositing in a corner part of the bottom part periphery by forming a corner part of the bottom wall periphery of the mixed fluid recovery tank 1 as a gently continuing continuous surface, and by a turning flow of the mixed fluid F in this tank. Since a bottom wall surface becomes a downward pitch toward a current collection part from its periphery, the sludge is sucked from a fluid suction port 22 without precipitating-depositing on a tank inner bottom surface, and is filtered by the sludge separator 2, and the sludge mixedly existing in the mixed fluid F is separated-removed.
【課題】混合流体回収槽の底部でのスラッジの堆積を回避し、槽内に回収した混合流体を底壁の所要位置から槽外に取出してスラッジを効率よく分離除去することができるスラッジ回収装置の提供を図る。【解決手段】工作機械5から排出される使用済加工液は混合流体回収槽1に回収されるが、該混合流体回収槽1内では回収した混合流体Fがスラッジ分離機2から吐出される吐出流により一方向に旋回指向性が付与されて流動する。これにより、混合流体回収槽1の底壁周囲の隅部がなだらかに連なる連続面としてあることと、この槽内での混合流体Fの旋回流動とによって、該混合流体に混在するスラッジが底部周囲の隅部に淀んで堆積するのが回避される。底壁面がその周囲から集流部に向かう下り勾配となっているため槽内底面にスラッジが沈殿堆積することもなく流体吸込口22から吸引され、スラッジ分離機2で濾過されて混合流体Fに混在したスラッジが分離除去される。【選択図】図1 |
