Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane module capable of completely removing suspended matters adhered to a hollow fiber membrane.SOLUTION: Raw water flows in an inflow port 1e, an inflow chamber 5, holes 4a, a treatment chamber 6, communication pipes 10, a discharge chamber 9, and an outlet 1f. Permeable water which has permeated hollow fiber membranes 2 is taken out from a permeable water chamber 7 via a take-out port 1g. When bubbling cleaning is performed, air is supplied from the inflow port 1e. The holes 4a and the communication pipes 10 are provided equally in whole area of potting parts 4, 3, therefore all upper parts of hollow fiber membranes 2, are sufficiently cleaned by bubbling cleaning. 【課題】中空糸膜に付着した濁質を万遍なく除去できる中空糸膜モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】原水は流入口1e、流入室5、孔4a、処理室6、連通管10、排出室9、及び排出口1fを流れる。中空糸膜2を透過した透過水は、透過水室7から取出口1gを介して取り出される。バブリング洗浄するときには、エアーを流入口1eから供給する。孔4a及び連通管10がポッティング部4,3の全域に均等に設けられているので、すべての中空糸膜2の上部においても十分にバブリング洗浄される。【選択図】図1
