Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat control device which reduces troublesomeness as in the past, and can improve convenience while securing safety.SOLUTION: A control device 100 of a seat which is arranged in a vehicle comprises a drive control part 111 which drives the seat so as to be transited to either of an accommodation state that an occupant cannot be seated, and a seating state that the occupant can be seated, and a door state determination part 113 which detects that a door of the vehicle is opened. The drive control part stops the drive of the seat when the seat is driven so as to be transited to the accommodation state in the case that the door state determination part detects the opening of the door, and does not stop the drive of the seat when the seat is driven so as to be transited to the seating state. 【課題】安全性を確保しつつも、従来のようなわずらわしさを低減し、利便性を向上させることができるシート制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る車両に設けられたシートの制御装置100は、乗員が着座できない格納状態と乗員が着座できる着座状態とのいずれかに遷移するように、シートを駆動させる駆動制御部111と、車両のドアが開放されたことを検出するドア状態判定部113と、を備え、駆動制御部は、ドア状態判定部がドアの開放を検出した場合に、シートが格納状態に遷移するように駆動しているときはシートの駆動を停止させ、シートが着座状態に遷移するように駆動しているときはシートの駆動を停止させないように構成されている。【選択図】図4
