Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide denitration equipment capable of efficiently removing nitrogen oxides for a longer period of time, or a catalytic exchange method.SOLUTION: Denitration equipment includes: an exhaust gas passage 40f through which exhaust gas flows; a flow-straightening and denitration catalyst layer 80 that is installed in the exhaust gas passage 40f; and at least one of denitration catalyst layers 82, 84 and 86 that are arranged on the flow-direction downstream side of the exhaust gas with respect to the flow-straightening and denitration catalyst layer 80 of the exhaust gas passage 40f.
