Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding tool which has excellent releasability and antifouling properties and hardly causes breaking or cracking.SOLUTION: There is provided a molding tool which is used in molding a molded article and comprises a metal base material 10 and a ceramic layer 20 which is provided on the base material 10 and contains yttrium oxide, nitrogen and a cation of a 4A group element and is in contact with the molded article. The molding tool may further comprise an intermediate layer 30 interposed between the base material 10 and the ceramic layer 20. The intermediate layer 30 has higher hardness than the base material 10 and has a part having higher toughness than the ceramic layer 20.
【課題】離型性および防汚性に優れ、かつ、割れや欠けが生じにくい成形型を提供する。【解決手段】成形型は、成形品を成形する際に使用される成形型であって、金属製の基材10と、基材10上に設けられ、酸化イットリウム、窒素および4A族元素のカチオンを含み、成形品と接触するセラミックス層20とを備える。上記成形型は、基材10とセラミックス層20との間に介在する中間層30をさらに備えてもよい。中間層30は、基材10よりも硬度が高く、かつ、セラミックス層20よりも靱性が高い部分を有する。【選択図】図2 |
