PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unpacking device of a can lid package and an unpacking method of the can lid package which can prevent can lids from being loosened and scattered when unpacking the can lid package, improve productivity by transferring the unpacked can lids to a subsequent process smoothly, suppress the generation of paper powder during unpacking, and simplify the structure of the device without enlarging the structure.SOLUTION: An unpacking device 1 of a can lid package unpacks a can lid package Z having a cylindrical package X made of a paper material and a plurality of can lids Y accommodated inside the package X in a stacked state.
