Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selector which can improve a selection accuracy of wastes with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A selector 1 for wastes D includes: a third conveyor 10 of which a transportation direction is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane and transports wastes upward from below; a hopper 30 which is disposed above the third conveyor 10 and discharges the wastes D onto the third conveyor 10 through a spout 30a; and a grizzly bar 31 which is disposed in the hopper 30 and has a slit 31a which selects the wastes D according to sizes of particle diameters. The grizzly bar 31 drops the wastes D, which passed the slit 31a, onto a lower side of the third conveyor 10, captures the wastes D, which did not pass the slit 31a, and guides said wastes D onto an upper side of the third conveyor 10. 【課題】簡易な構成で廃棄物の選別精度を向上することができる選別装置を提供する。【解決手段】廃棄物Dの選別装置1は、搬送方向が水平面に対して傾斜し、下方から上方に向けて廃棄物を搬送する第3コンベア10と、第3コンベア10の上方に配置され、落とし口30aから第3コンベア10上に廃棄物Dを排出するホッパ30と、ホッパ30内に配置され、粒径の大小に応じて廃棄物Dを選別するスリット31aを有するグリズリバー31と、を備える。グリズリバー31は、スリット31aを通過した廃棄物Dを第3コンベア10の下方側に落下させ、スリット31aを通過しなかった廃棄物Dを捕捉して第3コンベア10の上方側にガイドする。【選択図】図4
