Each of the plurality of driven gears 11 has inner side parts 14, 16 that are parts on the side of an output side shaft 20, and outer side parts 15, 17 that are parts on the side outer than the inner side parts 14, 16 and having gear parts formed on the outer circumference thereof. Two of the driven gears 11 which are adjacent to the circumferential direction of the input side shaft are provided such that at least a portion of each of the inner side parts 14, 16 overlap each other in a direction in which the output side shaft 20 extends, and each of the outer side parts 15, 17 is provided such that the outer side parts overlap each other seen from a direction in which the output side shaft 20 extends, and do not overlap each other seen from a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the output side shaft 20 extends. 【課題】高いトルク比を維持しつつ、減速装置を小型化する。【解決手段】減速装置では、入力側軸の周方向に沿って複数の従動側ギア11が配列されている。複数の従動側ギア11は、それぞれ、出力側軸20側の部分である内側部14,16、及び、内側部14,16よりも外側の部分であって外周に歯部が形成された外側部15,17、を有している。入力側軸の周方向に隣接する2つの従動側ギア11は、各内側部14,16の少なくとも一部が出力側軸20の延びる方向において互いに重なるように設けられるとともに、各外側部15,17が、出力側軸20の延びる方向から視て互いに重なるように、且つ、出力側軸20の延びる方向に垂直な方向から視て互いに重ならないように設けられている。【選択図】図3
