Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth excavation while insolubilizing a contaminant, by maintaining persistence of air bubbles in air bubble-mixed soil even when using an insolubilizer including polyvalent metal salt.SOLUTION: A foaming material for a foam shield method includes an insolubilizer for insolubilizing a contaminant included in contaminated soil, and a foaming agent from which air bubbles mixed into the contaminated soil are produced. The insolubilizer includes polyvalent metal salt, the foaming agent includes an anionic surface-active agent, and pH at 25°C is 3.5 or more. 【課題】多価金属塩を含む不溶化剤を用いても気泡混合土中の気泡の持続性を維持し、汚染物質を不溶化しつつも円滑な掘進を行う。【解決手段】汚染土に含まれる汚染物質を不溶化する不溶化剤と汚染土に混合される気泡の基となる気泡剤とを含む気泡シールド工事用液体起泡材であって、不溶化剤は多価金属塩を含むものであり、気泡剤はアニオン系界面活性剤を含むものであり、かつ、25℃におけるpHが3.5以上であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
