PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lid device capable of adjusting a position of a lid member with high accuracy, a position adjustment method of the vehicle lid device which improves workability during the adjustment of the position of the lid member, and a position adjustment jig used suitably for the position adjustment method.SOLUTION: A vehicle lid device 2 comprises: a lid member 20 disposed in an opening 11a of a body 11 of a vehicle 1; a support member 3 to be opened and closed integrally with the lid member 20; an opening/closing mechanism 4 for supporting the lid member 20 together with the support member 3 in an openable and closable way; and a blind rivet 5 for fastening the lid member 20 to the support member 3. In the lid member 20, a plurality of first long holes 22a extending in a first direction are formed on a wall part 22 erected from a rear surface 20b of the lid member 20. In the support member 3, a plurality of second long holes 32a extending in a second direction which intersects with the first direction are formed on an opposing wall part 32 facing the wall part 22.
