Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing with satisfactory image quality by reducing occurrence of cockling.SOLUTION: An inkjet printing apparatus 1 includes: a head 8 to discharge an ultraviolet curable ink onto media M; irradiation parts for pinning 9A and 9B to irradiate light to the ultraviolet curable ink on the media M; and an irradiation part for curing 10 that is located on a downstream side in a transport direction of the media M and irradiates light having a shorter wavelength than the irradiation parts for pinning 9A and 9B to the ultraviolet curable ink on the media M.
