PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a curtain not interfering with the use of an implement such as a handrail, in a bathroom which has a plurality of spaces including a toilet space and a shower space and which is sectioned with a curtain.SOLUTION: The track of a curtain rail 6 is devised that hangs a shower curtain 7, with a space configured to have a first part which is nearly linear to mainly divide a toilet space 2 and a shower space 3, a second part which is arcuate to the shower space 3 before a handrail 374, and a third part which is roughly parallel to a wall face 51 at the back. Consequently, when the toilet space 2 is in use, the bundled (opened) curtain 7 is stored in the third part which is extended over the installation position of the handrail 374 by a prescribed length. As the curtain is held by a hook 64, the curtain 7 is free from interfering (not interfering) with the use of the handrail 374. 【課題】トイレ空間とシャワー空間のような複数の空間を有し、カーテンで区画するサニタリールームにおいて、手摺などの器具の使用にカーテンが干渉しないようにする。【解決手段】シャワーカーテン７を吊下げているカーテンレール６の軌道を工夫し、主としてトイレ空間２とシャワー空間３とを区画するほぼ直線の第１の部分と、手摺３７４の手前でシャワー空間３側に弧を描く第２の部分と、奥の壁面５１に略平行な第３の部分とを備えて構成する。したがって、トイレ空間２の使用時には、束ねた（開けた）カーテン７は、手摺３７４の設置位置を所定長さだけ超えて延設された第３の部分に収容され、フック６４で押えられているので、手摺３７４の使用にカーテン７が障害となることはない（干渉しない）。【選択図】図１
