Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for an inspection hole of a flash furnace, capable of suppressing erosion damage of a refractory forming the side walls of an inspection hole structure and a settler.SOLUTION: A cooling device of an inspection hole structure 61 forms an inspection hole 60 provided on the side wall of the settler of a flash furnace, and includes: first cooling device bodies 70 that are positioned on both ends in the horizontal direction of the inspection hole structure, and provided between the inspection hole structure and a refractory 90 forming the side wall of the settler; and a first refrigerant circulation mechanism 71 that circulates refrigerant through the inside of the first cooling device bodies. 【課題】点検孔構造体とセットラの側壁を形成する耐火物の溶損を抑制することが可能な自溶炉の点検孔の冷却構造体を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の点検孔構造体の冷却装置は、自溶炉のセットラの側壁に設けられた点検孔(60)を形成する点検孔構造体(61)の冷却装置であって、前記点検孔構造体の水平方向両側に位置し、前記点検孔構造体と前記セットラの側壁を形成する耐火物(90)との間に設けられた第1冷却装置本体(70)と、前記第1冷却装置本体内部に冷媒を通す第1冷媒流通機構(71)と、を備えている。【選択図】図2
