Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress progress of damage of a supply pipeline for supplying a fluid medium.SOLUTION: A fluidized bed type combustion facility 1 includes a fluidized bed combustion furnace 21 for combusting fuel while fluidizing a fluid medium, and a supply unit 3 for supplying the fluid medium to the fluidized bed combustion furnace. The supply unit 3 includes an air feeding unit 32 for feeding gas transporting the fluid medium, and a flow velocity adjustment unit 34 for adjusting the flow velocity of gas. The flow velocity adjustment unit 34 adjusts the flow velocity of the gas transporting the fluid medium, and suppresses damage of a pipeline 33 in which the fluid medium flows. Progress of damage of the pipeline can be suppressed by reducing the flow velocity of the gas.
