Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine capable of adequately cooling a connecting part at a turbine rotor welded and connected and restricting an increase in temperature at the connecting part.SOLUTION: A steam turbine 10 in accordance with an embodiment comprises a turbine rotor 24 constructed in such a way that a cylindrical rotor barrel part 40 and a cylindrical rotor barrel part 50 are connected in an axial direction of a turbine rotor. The rotor barrel part 40 comprises a central through-pass hole 43 formed at an axial center of the rotor barrel part 40; a cooling steam feeding hole 44 having an opening 44a at an outer circumferential surface of the rotor barrel part 40 and communicating with the central through-pass hole 43; and a cooling steam injection hole 45 formed between the cooling steam feeding hole 44 and a connecting part 60 between the rotor barrel part 40 and the cylindrical rotor barrel part 50, having an opening 45a at an outer circumferential surface of the rotor barrel part 40 near the connecting part 60 and communicated with the central through-pass hole 43. 【課題】溶接接合されたタービンロータにおける接合部を的確に冷却し、接合部の温度上昇を抑制することができる蒸気タービンを提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の蒸気タービン10は、円筒状のロータ胴部40と円筒状のロータ胴部50とをタービンロータ軸方向に接合して構成されたタービンロータ24を備える。ロータ胴部40は、ロータ胴部40の軸中心に形成された中心貫通孔43と、ロータ胴部40の外周面に開口44aを有し、中心貫通孔43に連通する冷却蒸気導入孔44と、冷却蒸気導入孔44と、ロータ胴部40とロータ胴部50との接合部60との間に形成され、接合部60の近傍の、ロータ胴部40の外周面に開口45aを有し、中心貫通孔43に連通する冷却蒸気噴出孔45とを備える。【選択図】図1
