Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of a power storage device such as a lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: A knife-over-roll coater RC included in a manufacturing apparatus of electrode plate has a knife roll NRL arranged on the surface side of a current collector foil PEP traveling in a first direction, and a back roll BRL arranged on the back side of the current collector foil PEP oppositely to the knife roll NRL. Furthermore, the knife-over-roll coater RC has a first liquid supply section LS1, a second liquid supply section LS2, and a third liquid supply section LS3 arranged, in order, in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on the surface of the current collector foil PEP. The first liquid supply section LS1 supplies a solution containing an insulating material (a first insulator IF1) to the surface of the current collector foil PEP, the second liquid supply section LS2 supplies an electrode material (a positive electrode material PAS) to the surface of the current collector foil PEP, and the third liquid supply section LS3 supplies a solution containing an insulating material (the first insulator IF1) to the surface of the current collector foil PEP. 【課題】リチウムイオン電池等の蓄電デバイスの製造コストを低減する。【解決手段】電極板の製造装置に備わるロールナイフコータRCは、第1方向に走行する集電箔PEPの表面側に配置されたナイフロールNRLと、ナイフロールNRLと対向して集電箔PEPの裏面側に配置されたバックロールBRLとを有し、さらに、上記第1方向と集電箔PEPの表面で直交する第2方向に順に配置された、第1液供給部LS1と、第2液供給部LS2と、第3液供給部LS3とを有する。第1液供給部LS1は絶縁物質を含有する溶液(第1絶縁材料IF1)を集電箔PEPの表面に供給し、第2液供給部LS2は電極材料(正極材料PAS)を集電箔PEPの表面に供給し、第3液供給部LS3は絶縁物質を含有する溶液(第1絶縁材料IF1)を集電箔PEPの表面に供給する。【選択図】図3
