Abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness which suppresses transfer of a plasticizer from a wire coating material to a water cut-off agent without addition of a plasticizer to the water cut-off agent and has good water cut-off performance and a water cut-off agent constituting the wire harness.SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 has a wire bundle composed of a plurality of insulated wires 10 which consist of a conductor 10a coated with a coating material 10b comprising a plasticizer-containing insulation resin, and the surface of the coating material 10b in conductor exposed parts 3 where the inner conductor 10a is exposed by partial removal of the coating material 10b and in coated parts 4 adjacent to the conductor exposed parts 3 is coated with a water cut-off agent 12 comprising a cross-linked resin having an equilibrium elastic modulus of 1.0 MPa or higher at 150°C.
